Stock indication & delivery times

The indicated delivery times are always subject to change. No rights can be derived from this.

In stock:

Ordered and paid before 4 pm = shipped the same day. If the ordered items are in stock.

If you order on working days (except Monday) before 4 pm, your order will usually be delivered the next day. We do our utmost to deliver every order as soon as possible. However, we depend on external parties for delivery, which can sometimes cause delays.

1-3 working days

This product is not in stock at our warehouse and will be ordered from the supplier. The item will be delivered within 1 to 3 working days.

3-6 working days

This product is not in stock and will be ordered from the supplier. If available from the supplier, the item will be delivered within 3 to 6 working days.

3-6 weeks:

This product is not in stock and not available from the supplier. The delivery time is estimated at 3 to 6 weeks.

On order from supplier:

This product has an unknown delivery time.

Stock at supplier:

Here it is indicated whether the product is in stock at the supplier.

Expected new delivery:

Here it is indicated around which date the product will be available again.

NNB:

The stock at the supplier is unknown.

GLS Shipping

Short duration, only 1 (working) day. Signature upon receipt and your package is insured. No delivery on Saturdays. The package will be attempted for delivery once and can be delivered to your neighbors if you're not at home. If your package cannot be delivered, it will be delivered to the nearest GLS ParcelShop or you can request a new delivery attempt. GLS will send you a notification email.

Pickup at our warehouse

Pick-up is possible on Tuesday to Friday from 13:00 to 17:00 and on Saturdays by appointment. Once your order is complete, we will send you a message. You can then inform us of a time when you would like to pick up your order. Payment by debit card or cash is possible. Add to previous order

Have you already placed an order with us but forgot something? Then choose this option when finalizing your order. You will save on the shipping costs of the second order. This option is also available if you have something on backorder. Then your backorder will be shipped together with the new order.
